   - Please note that this timeframe does not include weekends or public holidays.

2. *Additional Delays*
   - Our team strives to ensure all deliveries arrive on time; however, unforeseen events, such as strikes or government-mandated holidays, may result in unavoidable delays. In such cases, additional days will be added to the delivery timeline.

3. *Order Confirmation*
   - Upon completing your purchase, a confirmation email with details about your order and estimated delivery time will be sent to you. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will also be provided.

4. If for any reason your courier is returned, it will be re-sent as per the return policy of the courier company or the payment as per the shipping company will be taken from the customer.
